On working days you usually receive a binding quote with fixed price and date confirmation within 1–2 hours.

How quickly can you arrange a pickup?add
If booked before noon we can often pick up the same day – depending on where our vehicles are at the time.
Do you pick up vehicles abroad?add
Yes – we do purchase pickups and transfers EU-wide, most often from Germany and Italy. You get a fixed price for the entire route up front.
How is the price calculated?add
We calculate transparently based on distance, vehicle type and urgency. Private customers get a fixed price up front.
Do you transport non-running vehicles?add
Yes. Our trailers have a winch – accident vehicles, project cars or unregistered cars are no problem. Please mention it briefly in the form.
What does a transport cost, e.g. Vienna–Graz?add
It depends on route, vehicle and date – so instead of flat rates we quote a fixed price for your specific run. Send an enquiry, the price usually arrives within a few hours. No hidden surcharges.
Do I have to be present at pickup or delivery?add
Not necessarily. Key handover via a trusted person, workshop or dealership is common – we agree it with you in advance and document the vehicle's condition with photos at pickup.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?add
Yes. As the carrier we are liable for your vehicle throughout the transport. At pickup and handover we record its condition together with photos.
How short-notice can I book?add
Often a call the day before is enough, and the same day if we have capacity. Honestly: early in the week and before public holidays we are usually booked out – the earlier you get in touch, the safer your preferred date.
